Pastry Wrapped Caramel Apple Pies

Pastry Wrapped Caramel Apple Pies

Kia Readers,

Today I am going to tell you how to make some Pastry Wrapped Caramel Apple Pies.

So my mum was searching up recipe for apple pies and found these really cool one made with hole apples and the site where my mun got the recipe is thatskinnychickcanbake.com it has so many recipes on pies and other things to bake so I would suggest going on that site if you want to bake a pie.

The first step you do for the apple pies is shave an apple and take the core out, then mix sugar and cinnamon together then we cote the apples in that mixer . But also preheat the oven to 400º.

After cottoning the apples use puff pastry to cover the apples but leave the top not covered and put a bit of chocolate or what ever you want in the empty hole in the centre of the apple.
Make 2 leafs out of puff pastry so that the pastry looks like an apple made out of pastry.

After making the leafs mix one egg with 1 tea spoon of water and use a cooking brash to cote the pastry to help it brown up.

I don't know the rest so just look at the recipe on the site at the bottom of the apple.

When I was baking it I was like I don't like apple pies but I do like cinnamon, chocolate and pastry mix together. It was amazing with ice-cream and wiped cream, the chocolate in the middle of the apple just added more flavor cause it was a caramel chocolate and just add more chocolate after its cooked because the chocolate that you added before would be in the bottom of the apple. But all you need to do to get the recipe is just click on this like to the site that has the real recipe thatskinnychickcanbake.com.

  1. Bonjour Sonnie.
My mouth is watering and I would love to make these.I love cinnamon also.I don't even think I would have to go to the site as your directions are so good, along with your photographs.
My helpful things...it is one leaf...and lots of leaves. Just like one calf and lots of calves.
And a hole is in the middle of the apple, which is whole...until you cut it. Crazy English language! So hole and whole have different meanings.
You have made a very good blog. I can see you enjoy cooking.I am looking forward to reading more of your blogs. Au revoir. :)

I was so interested to read your blog as your teacher (Miss D) was telling me about your amazing work.
It is great that you have been trying some new recipes during the lockdown and so have I.
My eldest son and I made sushi for dinner last weekend. So I am going to try your apple pies for our dessert tonight! Thank you so much for sharing, it sounds like you will be a great chef in the future. Even if it continues as a hobby.
